He walked me through every step of the process and even showed me how to do it myself in the future if I wanted. There was no pressure to buy additional services or unnecessary upselling—just honest, helpful service. He also offered a free inspection to check the safety of other plumbing systems in my home. Awesome team! I had Sara, Keith and Mike help me fix my shower and they were all amazing to work with. Sara was so kind and I appreciated that she gave me 3 different price point options to choose from. I didn't feel any pressure to choose the most expensive option. Keith came the next day and did the work, he was kind and finished his work quicker than the estimated time given. He even tightened my toilet seat and replaced the shower arm for me without being asked. A few days after the repair my daughter decided the water pressure was too strong and it was hurting her, Mike came by and adjusted that for us for free. I couldn't be happier with the service Sara and her team provided for us.

Sara's Best Plumbing is like the small town plumber that you know and trust. Great service, super friendly, prompt and professional. We've had them out 3 times now for simpler things like a faucet upgrade to a major toilet drain blockage. On the last visit for some kitchen sink issues Mike was the best. Highly recommend.

Sara had worked on all incoming plumbing renewal 4 years ago. This year, she updated all the drain pipes and installed the tankless water heater. Fernando and Nick did an exceptional job for plumbing replacement, tankless installation and snaking. My neighbor alerted me to an impending major issue with two of the the pipes on the outside of my house that connect to the main line. One pipe was very loose, getting ready to break away and the other was leaking pretty bad. I had seen Sara’s Best Plumbing mentioned on the Nextdoor App a couple of months earlier and also had read the Yelp reviews. All was positive so I had made a note of the company just in case for the future. So when I actually needed plumbing services I called Sara’s Best with the intent of getting a first quote. Sara and one of her employees showed up within the time promised. Sara evaluated the problem and confirmed everything that my neighbor had told me. She was so knowledgeable, very eloquent on explaining what needed to be done, and obviously had quite a few years of experience even though she’s quite young. The price quoted for the whole job was very reasonable. She and her assistant came back on the day promised and fixed everything and also found and fixed a “leak” issue at the top of my water heater. I am definitely going to utilize her services for other plumbing related issues I want done in the future. Sara is a Firecracker! Honest, definitely committed to providing excellent work, and able to explain technical issues in layman terms. She even was whistling while she worked! I’m so impressed with her and her company and highly recommend her! I had never hugged a plumber before, but I did give Sara a hug when she was finished as I truly was relieved and very satisfied that I had actually found a true and honest pro!

From beginning to end of our project Sara and her team were professional, communicative, punctual, and thorough. She was able to answer any questions we had with ease. Every question was answered with patience and detail. A far cry from past experiences with other plumbers that give brief to no responses to questions or inquiries. Sara provided a detailed invoice for our project and offered the option to pay online which was a flexible option we appreciated! We can’t praise her or her staff enough for the great service.
